A full refund will be issued if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Be sure to contact our team via email!

Currently, our service is exclusively available to individuals either departing from or arriving at London Heathrow (LHR). We will look to expand our services to other locations in the near future.

No, we cannot take oversized items. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

Upon arrival at the airport, your BagBudy expert will be waiting for you in either the arrivals or departures area, holding a name placard with your name displayed. Simply present your ID, and you’ll be on your way.

The latest time you can book our service is 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

If you happen to be late, you’ll be charged an extra fee at £30/hr on a pro-rata basis.

There isn’t necessarily a limit, we have a variety of vehicles that can accommodate a wide range in the number of bags. However, do keep in mind the regulations from the airline you are travelling with.

For added convenience, our team can deliver your luggage directly to the check-in desk and hand it over to you there personally. Pricing for this optional service varies depending on the number of bags and will be reflected in your final order total.
