BagBudy Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of BagBudy's baggage transfer services. By booking our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Services

BagBudy provides luggage pickup, transfer, and delivery services to and from specified locations and Heathrow Airport.All services are subject to availability and may vary by location. BagBudy currently serves all areas in Greater London. Check-In Assistance is a support service only, where BagBudy staff assist customers in bringing their bags directly to the check-in desk. BagBudy Check-In Assistance does not imply airline authority or guaranteed express check-in. Customers remain responsible for all airline requirements, documentation, and fees. BagBudy cannot influence airline decisions or outcomes. BagBudy shall not be held liable for delays, refusals, or changes arising from airline or airport processes beyond our control.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website. Payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy (see number 9).

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information regarding number of luggage and size, and pickup/drop-off locations. Luggage must be ready at the agreed-upon time and must not contain prohibited items. The customer is responsible for ensuring their luggage is compliant with the airline’s regulations. Customers must ensure that the number of bags presented at pickup matches the number declared in the booking form. Our team will only collect the quantity of bags that has been paid for at the time of booking. Additional items will not be accepted on the spot and may result in delays or cancellation of service without refund. For arrivals orders, customers are required to personally collect their luggage from the baggage reclaim hall before meeting a BagBudy representative. Due to Heathrow security requirements and operational restrictions, BagBudy staff are unable to retrieve luggage on behalf of customers from baggage reclaim areas. Handover of luggage will take place at a pre-agreed public meeting point within the arrivals area once the customer has collected their bags.

5. Oversized Items

BagBudy staff will not accept the following items for transfer: - Any luggage or boxes with a combined linear dimension of more than 62 inches or 158cm - Wheelchairs - Household items, including large instrument cases - Outdoor items, including sports equipment such as golf bags or skis - Pets and/or pet cages - Bicycles If you have queries about any oversized items not included above, please contact us.

6. Liability

BagBudy is not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or airport security checks. We are also not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage beyond the insurance coverage provided.

7. Insurance

Complimentary insurance coverage is provided for each bag, and comes standard with the price the customer pays.

8. Prohibited Items

Customers are prohibited from including hazardous materials, illegal substances, and any items restricted by law in their luggage.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

10. Amendments

BagBudy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which BagBudy operates.
